Have been using this service for many years. Mainly key cutting and shoes re-soled and repaired. Had engraving done few years ago for a small fundraising idea and Ray was very supportive with his cost. Also minor repair to handbag done for a smile was on the spot and no hassle to do. I go to Ray for shoe repairs, key cutting and products to use on leather. He is friendly efficient and very well-priced. His work is of an excellent standard and I have recommended him to all my friends.

I have also followed Ray from Footscray. I always get Topy soles on my new shoes and Ray is the best shoe repair stop I have found. He is reasonably priced, always polite and friendly and quick. I wouldn't go anywhere else! He can also offer advice and products to repair or revitalise other leather goods like bags.

On my first visit, I had my favorite boots re-heeled and returned again as the service was sensational and had a pair of pumps repaired. Absolutely friendly service, felt utmost welcome and the cost reasonably affordable. Will definetly be returning.

I have had several shoes and boots repairs done here and many keys cut. The man at The The man at Keystop is very friendly and welcoming and his warm customer service alone is enough reason for me to have followed him to Braybrook from Footscray, even though its out of my way. His work has been consistently excellent and his key-cutting very cheap - plus, his keys always work!

Was recommended by a family friend who swore by this shoe repair shop. Had two pairs of shoes repaired and some engraving. Was very pleased with the smiley customer service and the end product. Fantastic value for money!! Good workmanship for a reasonable cost. Will be returning for all of my show needs in the future!
