They really get you in there with the $2 vodka advertising
But if you go there for lunch, it's actually a quiet and sophisticated enjoyable destination

We also like lunch here when in the city

Met up with a group of friends a few days ago for lunch. Fish and chips were the special for Tuesday so ordered it. Well cooked and a good sized serve. My wife had a London Burger and it was huge. Took her a long time to eat and enjoy it. Our group all enjoyed our meals and our talk. I think we were the last to leave the bistro. Oldies can talk and talk

They sure can.... haven't been here before, like the sound of the London Burger being huge - that's my kind of burger. Must pay them a visit with my family, thank you

While in the city at lunch time we tried the London Tavern for a quick lunch. The special for the day was fish and chips with salad and chips (Tues). We decided on the special and found it tasty and a good sized serve for the price. Around $13 I think. Will try something else another time.

I enjoy visiting The London with my friends on a Friday night. They have very cheap drinks and service is good. I love the decor of the place, they have some nice booths that can be closed off with curtains and seat around 10 people. The staff have always been friendly and are efficient in clearing dirty glasses.

I have also been here once during the day for lunch. It's a nice, classy place to eat during the day and I think the food is tasty and affordable though I personally feel this location is better in the early evening to catch up with a few friends for drinks.

This club has been renovated not to long ago, its not bad, still a little dark in areas. The bar staff are friendly but the security have abit of work to do to be abit more friendly.

OK, a little over priced and servings are not the biggest. Are other better pub type meals around with alot better value for money, but still a nice place to go for lunch.

You get what you pay for at this venue. It does have cheap drinks, but with cheap drinks comes teenagers and a filthy venue. It was a favourite hangout when I was in uni but now I expect a little more of a venue and don't mind paying for it. If a cheap night out with a bit of dancing is what you are after then this one is for you :)

This place is a good place to have on a pub crawl or if you are after a big night. The drink specials are fantastic and one of the best in Adelaide. The place itself is very roomy and there is usually a DJ playing

I started going here because a friend MC's there but kept going because it's free to get in before 10pm and the drink specials are better than anywhere else I know. Its a great place to start off a big night. They have super cheap base spirits ($3.50 I think) and $5.00 JAGER BOMBS AND $2.00 SHOOTERS ALL NIGHT!!! Soooo cheap. Always have a great range of music.
