We were looking for a band that could get people up dancing and keep people having fun all night. These guys delivered.

I dealt with Dan who was extremely professional and efficient on getting things arranged and set up.

The band really made a positive difference to the atmosphere at our reception and we had comments on how good they were.

The Mood Merchants are a jazz band and made our wedding reception a night to remember.The band adapted to the changing needs of our night by starting with a 2 piece band during drinks and pre-dinner drinks then playing subtle background music over dinner (at the perfect volume to create a relaxed mood without making conversation difficult - especially appreciated by the older guests). They turned up the mood later in the night to fill the dance floor with infectious jazzy grooves. The Mood Merchants work with you and your needs to make the night the best for you - they also were happy to accommodate a personal request for a my sister to sing a tune for us with the band.
