Prices are misleading if you’re using shipping. They charge more for standard shipping than most do for express. After shopping around at other places, when this is taken into account, they actually cost slightly more than other places. Consider this. I suspect they charge more for
shipping and pocket the difference. This places prices are deceptive and misleading

I paid $32 for DVD which turned out to be coded for a region other than Australia and is therefore unplayable on most DVD players. I will never deal with this mob again. Hopeless business practice.

If I could put a negative rating, I would...Have sent 4 follow-up emails regarding an issue I have with a purchase and still ZERO reply...definitely wont be using this mob in the future...

Items never arrived, was never given shipping information, then a month after order received an email telling me there was so tracking on my items, then another month later after lodging a PayPal dispute shipping information magically appears saying it’s been delivered (which it never was) I also then emailed asking why I didn’t not receive tracking information and I was told they didn’t upload it to their database.
They have since first posting this review offered a refund.

This company is misleading customers I bought a DVD without a region number and they suggest I buy another DVD player cannot recommend this company their products need clear warning that they cannot be used in Australia
