While The Nile stock a very extensive range of books I have had problems with their level of service. On two occasions that I placed an order with them the books arrived very quickly in good condition. However, on one other occasion I have placed an order and had the money withdrawn from my account only to receive an email a few days later to say that there was an error on the website and the books are not actually in stock and would have to be ordered in. One of those times that the books had to be ordered in I received part of the order a couple of weeks later, then I didn't hear anything from them so made an email enquiry only to be told that they still didn't have the rest of the order and that it would be another few weeks. Eventually the remainder of my order did arrive in good condition but I found the delays and error in their website to be frustrating and disappointing and almost not worth it for the money that I saved using their website instead of other retailers.
