Relaxing. Very quiet enjoyable music played in the background in keeping with the atmosphere of the tea shop. A magnificent choice of teas and delicious gluten free gem scones made to order. Very cosy and inviting.

We love visiting here. It's a lovely, warm and inviting place in such a beautiful location. The tea selection is huge and they have the most beautiful comfort food and cakes on offer.

We had a wonderful day in Warburton and really enjoyed our high tea at the old tea shop. The three tiers of delights were scrumptious and filling. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The store has a huge range of flavoured teas and very cute teapots.

Some of the nicest and freshest tea is available here at a small price. The customer service that they provide is fairly well organised and presented. They are efficient and friendly towards their customers too. I highly recommend this tea shop if you a re a Tea lover.

Delicious tea and very friendly service. The scones were beautifully flavoured but you can tell that they're gluten free in the touch of grittiness. Still: fabulous tea and a wonderful experience. I'd definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love their teas, especially Monk - there's nothing like it! The range is just incredible, and I love going into their stores and seeing walls of beautifully presented teas.

This place is so nice to come by, the atmosphere is great and the service is outstanding. the prices are good and the food is just lovely. The devonshire tea is to do for and the scones are fabulous. highly recommend this place!

I went with my mothers group and there service was really grate service and the staff are really easy going and I will be going back very soon

I went with a few of my mums friends was impressed the service was really good and the staff were really friendly made the experience even better they sell over 200 different types of tea for all different needs we sat down and had scones with jam and cream all made fresh they also gave us home made biscuits yummy all priced well a must for all even to go in and take a look around

I called in during the week and chatted to the ladies about different teas. I wanted to make up a gift basket for my mother-in-law. I ended up buying four different packs and she's going to be over the moon! A lovely shop!

The service is always A grade, the ladies are very sweet, tell them the flavours you like and they'll find you the perfect tea. You can also order online when you've found the tea for you in store. Very nice place to visit whilst visiting warburton :)

when i go to melburne i always go to the old tea shop,it features like one the old corner shops i use to go to when i was young.the variety of teas you dont know which one to pick as there are so many.the aroma as you walk in is so refreshing i ended up having the rosehip tea it was nice

Absolutely lovely little shop! The shop looks like an old fashioned general store, with heaps of teas available. Each tea blend in the store has a jar so you can smell the tea, as well as small & large packets of tea.

The prices are higher than you'd pay for tea somewhere like T2, but here you're buying from a small business rather than a huge company.

I really love their vanilla chai - it's the best I've tasted!!
