Excellent service provided by both the company and the tech who come to our place to solve our computer problems. Will recommend them to friends and family

I will be using PC Doctor again and iI will be recommending them to family and friends. They took the stress out of having computer problems. Brad was polite and unintrusive in my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me advice on what my options were. I chose the more expensive option but now have a computer that is working better than it has in long time. He was patient and waited till I was happy with how everything was working before he ended the session. I was treated like a customer and not an idiot. I have experienced the latter with a certain online support that I have paid for and will not be using again. I know who I will call next time I have computer problems!

Brad was great, as always and thoroughly assessed the problem and contacted Telstra. It turned out that my email problem was due to Telstra suspending the account due to suspicious activity.

All fine now and another satisfied customer!

All I can say is Steve was fantastic.
Very thorough and got my computer running like new.
He was happy answering the questions I fired at him. He also gave me answers in layman's terms that I could understand,
as I'm not very computer literate. LOL!

I used ****** for the first time last year to correct things on my computer and paid a very high rate and he was in and out like a shot.
Now Steve has fixed my computer up properly, I now know that Geeks to you didn’t do a thorough job and only did a quick fix.
The receptionist even said to me keep him there for the hour so you get your moneys worth. I didn’t know any different thinking all computer company's like Geeks to you and yourselves were all
the same, so didn’t know what to expect really.

I will definitely use your company again as I am a small two man business and have to do all my own bookkeeping, so I need the computer.
