We were able to get a booking on short notice and Stefan was terrific. Communicated very well and ran through the diagnosis and fix in good time. Very efficient. Highly recommend!

Absolute [redacted due to offensive language] service. NEVER USE AGAIN.
[redacted due to generalisations] Repairman came out twice and third time didn't even arrive. I had to follow up on days and times for repair to be completed. Repairman never arrived time that was agreed on. No call to state reason for delay in arriving. It's bad when your meant to be first call out for the day.
I ended up using another company the did amazing job in one visit.

From my call to Gabby, the prompt arrival of Travis, a now working oven, a minimal account, I am an exceptionally happy woman. Travis knew what the problem was, fixed it, then offered some tips on the oven, gotta love that. Very efficient friendly service, thanks again Travis. Will recommend to everyone :)

Called the company in the morning and they had Andrew come out in the time quoted in the afternoon. Fantastic service provided as problem fixed and then he showed me how to take the oven door off/on to clean and gave me some tips on how best to clean and use the oven. Would use and recommend again.

Excellent we called today and our oven was repaired today - serviceman was efficient , friendly and very professional - Would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to anyone

A quick call booked the date in. An SMS reminder 24hrs beforehand was very professional. Travis was ontime and wasted no time assessing the issue and getting stuck in. Rear fan assisted element need to be replaced. Not as simple as a few screws, oven need to be pulled out, silly kick plate in the way. Not a prob for Travis, quickly identified what needed to be done, (4 screws), and oven out. Still a tight fit with a solid gas pipe feeding the hot plates, not an issue, reached down and removed rear cover. I meanwhile almost had a cramp looking at the angles involved! Old element out, new one in, quick test, all good. Oven back in, refit kick plate, good as new. Value add by pointing out filters than needed a quick clean in the sink, demo on how to remove the door, all appreciated extras.

I did follow up with a quick call to praise Travis and add that he's a true credit to the company. I've had washing machine issues in the past, not to mention brand, Wh!rl00l, and this was a breeze in comparison.

A fantastic service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
