Fantastic experience. Technician came and found that i needed a gas fitter, i expected to be told that i needed to wait a few days, especially as it was nearly Easter, he said he would try and arrange a gas fitter for today - and he did. All staff, technicians & customer service staff were very pleasant and extremely willing to assist.
