A professional and friendly salon. Lina and Jess provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere And great service. They work with clients to provide the requested appointment times and show flexibility. I always challenge them with last minute requests. Advice, colour, style, cuts and blow waving are all handled confidently and the finished product always delights. Linna is just fabulous - absolute sweetheart and a maestro with creating the "perfect" ashy blonde. So many hairdressers get it wrong and I usually end up with a brassy gold colour after a few weeks, but this has never been a problem at the Palms. I was pretty surprised to see the other reviews from alp & tjade as Linna couldn't be more professional, friendlier, or accommodating. If you are after the perfect ashy Grace Kelly blonde, Linna is the one to make it happen.

Terrible service. Recently had my hair foiled here. It was done as if an amateur had done it. The foils were not done anywhere near close enough to the roots. I WOULD NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Hairdressers are also rude and unaccommodating.

Absolutely shocking!!! My hair has been a working progress since February 2012 as I am taking my time in going from darkest red/brown to a lighter caramel with blonde highlights, in order to keep the length and strength. I usually go to another salon as it is quite expensive I thought I would change my salon. Big mistake!!! I booked in for a full head of foils and a trim. I am now close to peroxide blonde with grey roots, orange ends, and horrible regrowth - to be honest it looks like a home bleaching job. I couldn't be any more upset. The lighting in the salon is quite dark so it was deceiving until I got home. I had it looked at by a couple of hairdressers and the damage that has been caused to my hair is shocking, the quality of the work is just as bad and the 'trim' turned into a 'hack.' So much was cut off that all my hard work in taking my time to grow and strengthen my hair has been completely ruined. I called to complain and to advise the stylist who did my hair that I would not be coming back as I cannot trust the work being done, and stylist was very unprofessional and rude. I am absolutely appalled and will not be referring anybody to this salon!!! I am going back to my previous salon who are going to try to tone it back down and then I have to wait 8 weeks for colour correction as the damage that has been caused is just too much to have any work done on. Never put a price on your hair!!! You get what you pay for!!!

The girls there are great. Happy to fit you in at short notice and Katline always styles my hair just right. Great prices too.
