I always use to hear about it so I decided to try it one day and I know why everyone loves it so much. The food is great and I love the ice cream most. Service is average, nothing great but the food is really nice. Though I would say that the price of their food is quite expensive.

Just loved the service and the pancakes. I had a wonderful time and would visit again. I really enjoyed the service, the quality of product and just felt so comfortable there.

This place is great, if your after somthing sweet or savoury. Huge variety, fresh products, the best pancakes ever ! Have never had a bad experiance at any pancake parlour.

I used to be a regular at pancake parlour, but under the new management, everything has changed, from the quality of food to the quality of service. the waiting staff just walked past my order, which was sitting there for what could've been 10 minutes, as the ice cream melted all over my pancakes.

Lovely selection of pancakes etc. obviously. they have the best icecream ever, sundaes are brilliant as are their icecream sodas. Kids meals very reasonably priced and scrumptious.

The Pancake Parlour at Glen Waverley has GREAT hot fudge sundaes. The ice cream is organic. It's a bit pricey but they use organic goods where they can so I think bonus points for that. They have some good 'early bird' lunch and dinner specials - I really like the cheese and potato pancake with salad. This is one of the less busy Pancake Parlours I have visited so there generally won't be a wait for a seat. Service is ok but can often wait for glasses of water over paying drinks and service in general can at times seem slow.
