The cafe's high cement ceilings and it's modern decor create a beautifully clean aesthetic. It's filled with sophisticated 20-somethings who seem to have come for a nice brunch from some well paying job in the fashion industry and everything seems to be in place. The staff are very friendly and have very cool aprons haha. The only gripe that I have is that this place is a little pricier than others that offer the same quality of food and are just as pretty.

Yet another great addition to the Surry Hills cafe scene, The Paramount Coffee Project is a must visit cafe in the area. I went here for lunch with my friend, we both Ordered the buttermilk fried chicken waffles and it was delicious. The coffee is exceptional and so are their milkshakes. The tables are most communal, which is fun to share with others and meet new people. The service is friendly and welcoming and not pretentious.

Whilst shopping in the CBD there is nothing more enjoyable then having lunch in Surry Hills afterwards. This modern and comtemporary interior design of the cafe instantly gives off a relaxed and welcoming vibe, kind of makes you want to sit around all day and soak in the atmosphere.

Friends of mine have been raving about a soft shell burger here, so instantly spotting it on the menu - the "Crab Po Boy" - basically soft shell crab, ranch dressing, coleslaw salad all encased together with a soft bun for $18. The burger itself looked gigantic when it arrived at the table, lots of soft and crunchy crab filling it out and all the flavours balanced well with the dressing and the coleslaw. Accomanied with a nice capppuccino which was quite a smooth blend, make for an enjoyable and relaxing lunch. Was too full to fit in dessert after that , but the waffles did look tempting!

Beautiful food, relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff... what's not to like? Can definitely see myself being a regular when I'm in the area next!

We went here for the breakfast and we instantly love the place. They have industrial atmosphere and it was so fresh. I had waffle and loved every bite of it with ice cream. We also ordered Philly cheese steak and it was just amazing. I know it was full of bad fat but the cheese and sourdough takes you to food heaven,: ). Not very cheap but tasty food and great place. Friendly staff.
