The staff here have really helped us out! We needed a harness for walking our (very energetic) dog. We took our dog in with us, and they helped us 'try on' a few different kinds to see which worked the best before we purchased. Great customer service.

First opinion of pet barn nerang is how well the shop is layed out and open the store is a good vibe as soon as you walk in and you want to adventure around always a good selection of puppies and kittens lizards snakes fish ducks chickens mouse and alot more I do feel the prices of the bits and peices is a little to exspensive though ..but always good staff and willing to help without being too pushy!

I live near Beenleigh and I drive all the way down there for all my pet needs, be it chicken fish dog cat birds you name it we have bought it from there. Today I went down there for a cat scratching post and saved myself over $100 and the staff is so nice they carried it to the car for me :)

I visited this store over the weekend and wow what an experience.... i ended up spending over an hour in the store and was spoken to by the staff in every section, i was looking for a filter part for my aquarium and they have gone out of thier way to order it in for me more help than i got any where else, i will deffinatly be revisiting them again. Fish Geek!!!

I needed a specific type of collar for my dog, and after browsing the racks I couldnt find what I needed. The only staff I could find were talking behind the counter, so I approached the counter and asked if there was what I needed somewhere else, and she just pointed to where I had been and said "all the collars are over there". Fair enough they didnt have what I needed, but no alternative was suggested either

We were looking for a fish and didn't know what we needed and the staff there were fantastic and really related to the kids on their level and how to take care of it.

I use The Pet Barn all the time for supplies for my dog and I find the best variety there. Better than the most pet supplies stores. Service leaves asking for more but generally ok.

have found the pet barn very over priced, filled with very rude and unhelpful staff .... from casuals to management.... such a shame.... !! would not go back there....!

This is the best place to go for pet supplies. As any other pet store they has the cutest pets and they are also cheap which is different to other pet stores. I recommend this place to everyone.

Purchased a hermit crab and some set up items. They had heaps of variety in store though the staff were not very interested in providing friendly service

Pet Barn have a club you can join, they have really friendly staff and a wide variety of pets and products. Even if your not going to buy anything it's a great place to take the kids to have a look around. Their pets include, dogs, cats, birds, fish, snakes, lizzards, turtles, chickens, rats, mice and so much more.

The best place to get a pet and the biggest range of everything a pet needs is at The Pet Barn. The staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. You can buy a unique pet that would be hard to find elsewhere.

Huge modern store, with a large assortment of top end products for all pets, aquatic, puppies, birds. Very attentive and helpful staff happy and willing to give advice and assist in selections

The staff were very knowledgeable was great to ask any type of question and get a thorough answer. Have such a great range of fish. the whole family had fun picking one each. Had so many accessories to go with our tank

The young girl who helped us was excellent, she answered all my questions, and gave great suggestions.The range of products was massive. They had everything we were looking for and more.
