Secure and safe place for puppies of all size and temperament. Very caring and understanding staff provide personalised care for both humans and dogs.

We left Dexter to stay at the Pets Hotel for 2 weeks in May as we ventured off to Vietnam. It was our first time ever leaving him behind, the staff at the Pets Hotel were fabulous, they made the goodbye that little bit easier on us by providing us so much comfort, Dex was staying at a great place. While away we got to check in on him on the Webcam and that was a real treat to see him confidently strutting his stuff. We also booked him in for some training with Dogs of Vic while on his stay and we cannot recommend them enough. To all the staff at the Pets Hotel and to Sandra from Dogs of Vic, a big thank you from us and Dexter. He will be back to visit soon!!

LOUIS first time left at a pet boarding place.. was happy, clean and the people were lovely. We also felt relaxed about leaving him.

My cat was cuddled and had play time at Pet Hotel. He was a visibly happy and social cat when he came home, so it was obvious that he'd had a great time. Leaving him with Pet Hotel made travelling interstate easy and stress free.

Pisco, my dog, had a very good time at The Pets Hotel last Sunday, service is friendly and professional, I got a sensation of release once I left Pisco there. I definitely recommend it and Pisco will be back !!! Thanks.

Rumpole (Cavalier KC Spaniel) and Ralph (Domestic Cat) had a fabulous holiday break at the Pet Hotel over Easter. Mummy was a wee bit stressed as she had not used The Pet Hotel before... however the facilities were amazing and the professional, friendly and very helpful staff made the early check in and drop off a breeze. Particularly impressive was the reassuring debrief from staff when it was pick up time. Thank you!
