Vance called to give notice when he was arriving. He was very professional and did great work. When some parts we'd purchased didn't fit properly (our error) he provided excellent advice.
Vance was extremely clean and tidy, and cleaned up everything after completing his work.

Nick fixed our watering system solenoid. He first had to diagnose the problem and work in an awkward position and negotiating muddy conditions to fix it. He also fixed a couple of surprise leaks as he worked. He then replaced the internal working of the toilet cistern. We are very happy with his work.

Nick had phoned earlier and confirmed his time of arrival. He was very attentive to our requirements, explained clearly our.options, was extremely efficient in completing his work, and completed all administrative tasks with courtesy and discharge.

Carl Rogers, your plumber, arrived at the time specified and within a very short space of time fixed the leak under the kitchen sink. He was very professional and courteous.

Wayne the electrician turned up on time, explained everything about the job to me before he started, during the job and after he finished. He also recommended an upgrade to our aging switchboard. Great work ethic.

I called for a plumber at 11am and John arrived within the hour.
John Moss completed the job as required and was polite and well versed in his trade. I will use The Plumbing & Electrical Doctor again. The job included a complicated move of my water meter among several other connections to do so.

William the electrician who called could not be faulted in terms of the work he carried out. He called beforehand to advise he would be there within a specific time frame; by which time he arrived.
With regards to the work required, William provided options and recommended the best to go with. Although I did not expect to spend as much as it cost, I was, and still am, happy with the outcome.
I cannot speak for the whole organisation, but I would request for William to attend to any future requirements.

Both the lads I had working here deserve a 10 out of 10 for the way they carried out their tasks and you are very lucky to have such people working for you, don't loose them.

The 2 service professionals that attended my mothers house were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
