With exceptional service like this, why would you ever go to a traditional bike store for repairs/service?! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. They have a customer for life!

I have had problems with my bike for a little while taken it to various bike shops and not fixed. Called RW and they identified issue almost immediately and fixed it on the spot.

Prompt service and will not charge for small items. After checking the bike enquiries if you want to put new parts on the bike, does not make the decision for you.
Highly recommend easy to deal and will definitely go back to the Rapid Wrench.
