Happy to chat to Mike in the driveway. Learnt about the process as he dis- and re-assembled my bike. Two days later and it's still hanging together!

Great service. Called Rapid Wrench to fix my bike on the weekend. He came to my house, really easy to talk to. Gave me some advice on a little maintenance and also fixed my brakes without being asked. Would definitely use again considering I just came off from a bad experience with another bike repair place and the level of service was night and day. Thanks guys.

I called Mike to come and check my bike out after a accident. He did a great job, , aligned the wheels, changed tyres, cleaned bike and make sure it was good to ride again. Very professional and friendly and did not try a sell stuff I don't need. Thanks John

I can't recommend this business highly enough. Michael is friendly, communicative and thoroughly professional. If you shy away from having your bike serviced because of the inevitable encounter with "bike shop wankers" then fear not - there's none of the patronising and superciliousness that you normally get when you deal with a bike shop - just great skills, a very friendly attitude, and useful information. The price of components (if needed) is highly competitive with any bike shop (in fact cheaper). The price of a service is a huge bargain - most shops charge well over a hundred bucks - Rapid Wrench charges 89 bucks and comes to your house. That's a great deal.

Michael took my neglected, decrepit, old commuter bike and got it humming. It is now a complete pleasure to ride. He did the job quickly, very well and the communication was first class. If you're a commuter/non-sporting cyclist looking for a high quality service without the Tour De France attitude, The Rapid Wrench is the way to go.

Mike did a full strip and service of my CX commuter bike.

The bike was in exceptional condition after he finished and was smooth as on the ride in to work the next day. Mike was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable on parts and future replacements needed.

His van was impressively equipped and stocked with components, better than the last couple of bike shops I visited.

The bike is looking much better with the new bar tape and chain ring.

Mike arrived promptly in his amazingly fitted out mobile workshop. He has an amazing eye for detail and offered lots of great advice. My 12 year old road bike now rides as well as when it was first purchased. The price was reasonable too. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Mike serviced our three road bikes over two sessions. He went out of his way to source some parts that were not available locally. During the service he kept in touch, advising what was worn and what the options were. An excellent result!
