Wanted only a a spare part for a non current machine. Conducted all business via e-mail and Stephen was very helpful, knowledgeable and supply was prompt.
Would definitely use him again if need arises.

Service to my Husqvarna computer sewing machine and overlocker was performed very satisfactorily and work done explained in comprehensible terms. When there was a delay because of the non-availability of parts, updates were furnished regularly. Costs seemed appropriate for the work performed.
