Very Dissatisfied. Destroyed 6 tiles with up to 15cm scratches. Steer clear. 3 weeks without the shower to finally get tiles replaced. Multiple unreturned communications. Did not grout the floor initially. The Shower Repair Centre never apologised, never acknowledged the damage. NO discount despite the inconvenience and having to use my spare tiles to repair. Technician(not a qualified tradie) was 2 hours late, and didn't have the materials or tools to finish the job on first day.

Failed repair and they are just not interest in fixing it. Leaving me with no shower, and they do not have a problem with it. Dont expect any customer service or guarantee.

The 25 year guarantee means nothing.

Two years after my leaking shower was resealed and given a 25 year guarantee I had an insurance claim for another separate issue. During the claim process my insurer found that not only was the shower still leaking but most likely it had been leaking for the entire two years, and had caused major floor damage to my high set timber bathroom floor (under tiles).
I contacted The Shower Repair Centre and provided them with my insurers thermal images and plumbers report of water leaking from the shower.
We asked they inspect and rectify the damage under their guarantee. A workman was sent to repair the leak which he identified immediately on seeing the shower; this is the same area identified by our insurers report and thermal images. He started work by grinding out the grout in the area, and when asked about repairing the damage to the floor he promptly left.
We contacted The Shower Repair Centre again and an area service manger came to inspect the damage and agreed the shower had been leaking and management will call that afternoon with a resolution. After already waiting four weeks (now six weeks) for management to return our previous calls we didn’t hold our breath. We have also been without a completed repair or response or shower for four weeks.

So we now have the skilled workman immediately identifying where the leak is coming from, and the area service manager agreeing the shower is leaking, and a 25 year guarantee.... but no call no email no response.

I can commend TSRS for their prompt service and request for payment in the first place, but DON’T expect the job to be done to any standard at all.

I had them waterproof tiles in my bathroom. 1 month later the leak is back. I had already confirmed it wasn't the pipes prior to the waterproofing.

I rang them to get them back to look at the issue. It just need some additional epoxy. No one turned up, no phone call. I called, they apologised, and I made another appointment. They were due to come again yesterday. Day before they rang and cancelled. I wish I had read the reviews above before using them. I cannot believe they have a best small business award. I think the people giving out these awards should actually visit these pages.

I will again try and make another appointment and update this review accordingly. Unfortunately I am also a contractor and lose money everytime they cancel on me. They don't seem to consider this at all. Thanks Shower Repair Centre for causing other small business people the issues you wouldnt wish to happen to yourself.

Well done, great service ... I would recommend The Shower Repair Centre most highly. The most accommodating and cheerful tradie I have met in a long time. Lead up to the service was exemplary and a follow up call to see if we where happy... This is the second time I have used this company. Five stars from me.

This guys are absolute rubbish. Less than 3 years since the original job and the shower is leaking again. Apparently, their so called 12 year warranty only covers product which is applied in the corner and on the wall tiles. Floor grout is not covered by their warranty. To me, if you provide 12 years warranty on leaking shower and its leaking again, that should be covered under warranty. Anyway, decided to drop that battle and agreed to pay them $80 for a technician to come out and do the needed. That was on 2nd of October. I had a technician due to come out today between 2:00 and 4:00 and now they cant as the previous job is taking the technician longer. Next appointment on Saturday between 12:00 and 3:00. They cant even accommodate your request of coming closer to 3:00 as their technicians time is very valuable (and customers time is cheap). So hard to deal with and book an appointment. We have not been using the shower for a week now and the inconvenience continue on

The Shower Repair Centre fixed out shower by resealing in August. The service was fast, efficient and very friendly. Great advice was also given for other necessary repairs. I recommend The Shower Centre if you are after value for money and great service!

The Shower Repair Centre repaired our shower in November 2013 - they were cost effective, quick and did an excellent job. I was thrilled then and left feedback to that effect. Four days ago (6 months after work done) I noticed some cracks in the grouting in one of the showers that was repaired. I telephoned on the Monday, they were out to inspect on the Wednesday, and fixed the grouting without question and under the warranty. We are now able to use our shower today (Thursday). This business is professional, prompt, courteous in all dealings and we would recommend them to any considering shower repair.
