We had our first visit to the silly seahorse yesterday and the kids had a ball. I love that we could see the kids from where we were sitting, the meals were reasonably healthy (nothing fried), staff were polite about reminders about wearing sock.. anyone with a 2 year old understand the hassle of getting them to understand why they must wear socks, toilets were clean .. would like a toddler seat and step perhaps for little people (there may have been one in another toilet however, just not the one we used). Loved the lounges, a wonderful idea for mothers that need to feed babies (would love to see a breastfeeding welcome here sticker up contact your local ABA group if you would like one of these).

Probably wouldn't hold a lot of interest for school age kids, but for my 2 and 3 year old it was perfect.

Cost wise its pretty reasonable, for adult and 2 and 3 year old entry and lunch with multiple drinks for us all it was about $45.. had I been better organised i would have taken water bottles for the kids and myself.

Overall a really good center, bright and clean. We will certainly visit again.

The staff at this play centre are FANTASTIC! We visited here and left behind my daughters comforter and as soon as I got home I called the centre and they found it straight away and had it waiting when I came and picked it up!
The staff are all friendly and the play equipment was perfect for my daughter!
We will be back!

I was not that impressed with the Centre. There equipment look safe and looked after but it's not fitted out well enough. It was expensive and the staff were very unfriendly

Was at the silly seahorse today, the kids enjoyed their time there and so did my friends and I. We love how no matter where you sit in the cafe area you can see your kids at all times, Staff very friendly and the coffee and hot chocolate very good. Got very busy at lunch time but we didn't have to wait long for our food. We will be going back.

I've taken my kids to a few play centres and I have to say the Silly Seahorse is right up there with the best. They are really clean and the staff take an interest in the kids which is so nice, at a lot of places a lot of the play equipment is dirty and old and as for the staff, they just take your money and that's the end of it. Oh and the coffee there is AWESOME! I would definitely go back!

Awesome Play centre!! I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the place, it's something I always look for. I have three young children and they were all accomodated for in the different areas of equipment, it was lovely just to sit back with a coffee and let the kids GO! Staff were friendly and very accomodating (i forgot socks).

My children love going to the silly seahorse. We have attended two birthday parties in recent weeks and found the attention to detail and the friendly staff refreshing. The set up makes it easy to see my children at all times and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the centre and all the equipment. Cafe and entry prices are very reasonable for the quality.

The quality of the service is in within reasonable time frame, needs new equipment, they have the same old equipment nothing new to play with. Expensive for entry and would only recommend for kids up to the age of 5 at the most, as there is nothing to do for over 5's.

Great for young children, always very clean and well maintained. I understand the policy in regards to not bringing in food but with my little ones under 12 months, I have them eating specific foods that i am not willing to compromise - is there flexibility with this? Also I notice that peanut butter is on the sandwich menu and this is one of the most high risk foods in regards to allergies. Also find the staff can be quite rude and abrupt.

Having watched this playcentre transform from the dreary old Buzy Kidz to the Silly Seahorse several years ago was lovely - however I think once again it's time for an update! Recently went there for a birthday party and nothing has changed - except the service was slower & the staff need to smile some more.

have been going here with my 3 yrs old since he was young and he loves it. We have had mothers group and attended parties here all of which we have had positive experience. Staff are friendly and at times are very busy so there is often a little wait for food and drinks at least half hr. You are unable to bring your own food and drink for children which can make the outing expensive at times.

I've taken my daughter (18 months now) there several times with others from our mom's group and really loved it. In October or thereabouts we went in and were told there were new owners. I haven't been there since but I didn't see any change. My daughter actually walked for the first time without holding on to anything when we were there! She loved that she could fall and not hurt herself because of the cushions on the floor.

There are different areas for the different age groups, including a baby section. All of the toys are really age appropriate and include a climbing area (my daughters too young) large "blocks" to climb on and over, a young toddlers section with jumping castle and other crawling toys etc.

The centre was clean when we were there and had no problems. My only complaint would be the time they close. I wish they were open til at least 5.

After reading up on the playcentre this smorning I took my toddler to Silly Seahorse. Once we got there we drove around for 30mins just looking for a carpark. The playcentre has approx 10 carparks for the whole building. Service was slow when we ordered our food and drinks approx 30mins later we got our fairy bread and cup of tea & pop top. I wouldnt recommend to take a child over the age of 5 there as there is nothing at all for over 5y.o's to do.

Great set up, but it can get way too overcrowded, particularly in school holidays. It would probably be better to put an age cap because with older kids it gets too loud and dangerous for toddlers. Quite clearly understaffed, and thus staff can be stressed and sometimes may come accross as rude (in my experience)

Great fun for younger children...around 6 they lose interest, but under school age is terrific! The place is super clean, the menu is fantastic for kids, meal deals in good price range, not expensive to get in, and everything is easy to see from the tables, so the children are safe.

One of the best play centres i have been to. Clean, plenty of equipment for all age groups. Freindly and helpful staff. I could relax with a hot coffe, while my children played.
