We have been going to this play center for over 2 years now, and love it! The staff are wonderful and very caring, the food is really nice and good value for money and the play areas are generally very clean and tidy.
Overall a great place to fill in a few few hours, tire out the littlies and have a good coffee.

kids had a great time, love that they have special performers like paul jamesion, and the African drumming, plus zumba classes, great food, good for all ages but mostly smaller kids, parking was easy when we went

I've visited the centre a few times with my child and am not a fan.
The coffee each time has been not very good, not many healthy options on the menu (including drinks) and there doesn't seem to be enough to do for the children to keep them out of trouble. The seating/eating area leaves parents unable to see children. The staff are quite friendly though.

Strange review considering that this centre has no fried food offering healthy options for the kids and no matter where you sit in the cafe you can see the kids. Maybe you have reviewed the wrong Playcentre??

Tried this with friends last Friday as it had so many good ratings. It was a rainy day so very busy. Finding a park was tricky as the surrounding businesses have reserved spots for their own clients. Be aware of this as one of my friends didn't see the reserved sign on the curb and was yelled at by a very angry little man for parking in one of the adjacent businesses spots. My suggestion to the play centre owners would be to put up great big signage telling Mums about the parking at the back. The play centre itself was well equipped, the smalls loved it. The food seems a bit hit and miss, the banana bread was yummy, the focaccia and muffin were a bit dry. The service was ok given how busy it was.

Took my child here last week on a Saturday arvo for a play and they charged me $8.50 for a child over 5 to play and $3.00 for a adult to go in. Thought this was bit steep to charge a adult, also thought that still charging $8.50 when they were only open for 2 hours before closing was bit over the top. The food and drinks are bit on the expensive side a plate of Fairy bread which consists of 1 and half peices of bread with sprinkles on top was roughly $3.00. They could do with new equipment there, and enforcing their rules.

Approximate cost: $8.50

Dear Janeb9, The Silly Seahorse does NOT charge for adult entry never has and never will. Our fairy bread is 2.50 and consists of two slices of bread regarding your comment about enforcing the rules not sure what you mean about that. This is the 4th negative review that you have left for us why do you keep returning if you are never satisfied with our business? In future, should you return to the silly seahorse instead of posting negative comments about our business please contact me directly on 9776-3100 Regards, Kellie
