Hubby and I both come here and find the reception staff, dental nurses and dentists are all fabulous people who really care. Wouldnt go anywhere else, even though we have moved further away.

Dr Andre Schertel is a most professional, honest and caring dentist. He manages to numb my terribly sensitive teeth and works wonders. Great dentist who I highly recommend.

All the staff were very friendly and provided great service and the environment was very inviting. Will defiantly be returning.

I have been terrified of dentists for many years to the point where I would just refuse to go. Subsequently it created some major problems for me.
I sought a quote from a major dental service in Melbourne and again was put off. Reluctantly knowing something had to be done my wife used good old Google and found " The Smile Place " What a find.
They are to be commended for turning my attitude around.
Service, professionalism and general courtesy are to be commended by all the staff but a special commendation for their care in dentistry. Dr Andre Shertel is still working on my problem, but he is doing his job with the utmost of care and virtually pain free, considering I had to have all my teeth removed.
I couldn't recommend Dr Shertel and staff more highly. A job well done by a dentist who actually cares about your teeth and his workmanship. Had those in the past did a job half as good as he, I wouldn't be having major works done now.
To anyone nervous about dentistry, forget it and try The Smile Place. They are the best.

I was recommended to Andre' as my Dentist was away, not only did he squeeze me in for a consultation, he was able to fix my problem with great care and detail a few days later. I would like to point out that the anaesthetic given was totally unbelievable, never experienced it before, no pain, no swollen face, walked out feeling normal for once, yeh !!
