A group of us go out for dinner every Tuesday night and take it in turns to choose the venue. I wasn't too excited with this choice. However, the food is good pub style food which exceeded expectations. They have daily specials which are very reasonable. Hy husband said the lamb's fry and bacon was good. I enjoyed the schnitty.

$12 Tuesdays is good!
You get fish and chips, calamari and chips, or a combo and chips... and/or salad if that's what you want.
Plus... yes PLUS, you get a pint of beer or a glass of wine or a softie with it.

That's GOOD value.
Note: the portions aren't huge, but they're satisfying

With the recent upgrades and renovations, it brings this pub into the modern era. I remember not too long ago that you would associate this place with an 80's dance cafe, what with the wooden dance floor and stage.
The food is still similarly reasonable and all for a reasonable price. And they still have the whole range of drinks.
