Prices are really cheap for fruit & veg just have to be mindful as sometimes I find stuff goes off a bit quick so if you buy & eat relatively quick it's great.
I love the weekly specials in the freezer section, cheap frozen veggies which I stock up on when on special, Indian platter which is a great accompliment to a curry & a lot cheaper than our local Indian grocer. Bacon is quite cheap too. You will def make savings visiting Spud shed.

i have found that whilst the fruit and veg are very cheap they dont last long or are rotten inside which is very disappointing. but the meat section is awesome. great prices and variety and we love the sausages there. loaves of bread very cheap as well.

Bulk meat. The Spud Shed offer great value in their MSA packs of Blade , Rump, and Scotch Fillet. I recently cooked a 4kg whole Rump on my BBQ Rotisserie It cooked up so tender .A real winner. Thanks Spud Shed.

I love this place!!! while prices may fluctuate they are still the best prices I have found in perth so far.

They have specials on their website every week and if you dont mind buying in bulk you can get some great deals.

If Im buying things that are on special I can fill the boot of my car for $50. which i think is a pretty good deal.

exp special - chicken wings $1.49 / kg
10kg onions $1

I go to this market every tuesday. The owner/mager never argues about the odd return I have and offers me a replacement or my money back. The staff on the checkout are pleasant and polite and could teach the duopoly a thing or 2 about attitude

Approximate cost: $60

When i first went there the salmon in packs were like $19.99 a kg haven't been for a few month now its $27 same price as shops bit disappointing!!!
I use to get about 2 kg at 1 time of the lemon pepper in the little pre sealed packs no point now same price as shops!!!
The veggies are still cheap and my brothers partner says butter yogurt bread milk is normally cheap
But i noticed some things are more than shops like kids juice box's so i think you have to pick and choose and others the same price as the shops
Worth checking it out though
They do have specials on prawn scollop's etc but again probably similar to what you could get on special at iga etc
Went there a week or so ago got a heap of meat in bulk rump 6.6 kg was about $53 about$8 kg and scotch fillet just over 3kg $37 works out $12 kg you just have to cut it up!
There is rump cut up but its a few dollars more
