Food soggy and not packaged properly. Staff very rude, wont order from here again

I was waiting for my next appointment so I stopped in here with my son for a drink and something quick to eat. We both chose a sausage roll (which was sitting in the warmer), a chocolate milkshake each and my son also ordered a vanilla slice. After waiting almost 20 minutes, our sausage rolls and vanilla slice finally arrived, they didn't have to cook them, just grab them from the warmer and cake cabinet. The sausage rolls were terrible, not hot, not warm, but mild and tasted like they had been sitting around warming up for days. I might have been able to tolerate it if our drinks would have arrived at the same time but it took almost another 10 minutes before we were refreshed.. They were nothing special, tasted like the ones I make at home, the vanilla slice looked old, my son tried it and said the ends were very dry so he tried to eat some from the middle, not good at all. A very disappointing experience, very slow service, but quick to take our money. Was not worth $25.45 Also, it was so loud in there, we could not have a conversation.

My girlfriend and I were just after some coffee and found the Summerhouse cafe wasn't to busy and we were served fairly quickly. There is plenty of seating and the food looked quite good but soon after we sat down we were invaded by young children, (there is a small playground out the front of the cafe}, we just wanted a quiet cup of coffee, it became too much for us so we quickly finished our coffee and off we went.

Had a day travelling to Colannades on the train and we enjoyed coffee here. Nicely set up with tables and chairs and a good menu. Only here for a pick me up but would have a meal here another time.

My wife and I had just dropped our car off to get the windows tinted and decided we needed a coffee. Plenty of seating available, service was quick and our coffee was great.

I was in need of a break after spending a few hours shopping. My coffee was perfect, a great pick me up to continue on. They have many food options, but just a refreshment was required. Service was quick and with a smile.

After spending some time looking for a birthday present for my wife I decided to take a breather and enjoy a cup of coffee while I made my final decisions. Plenty of seating, great coffee, fast friendly service. Gave me the pick up I required.

After getting a hair cut and eyebrows touched up nearby I decided i was in need of a coffee before continuing with by massive amount of shopping to be done. Once again this cafe was very busy, but fortunately my coffee didn't take long and certainly gave me the energy required. Staff were friendly and prompt with my coffee, which was appreciated.

Was in need of a coffee fix before doing some christmas shopping so we sat down here. Have been here a few times now as it is in the area that I do most of my shopping. The coffee is always very nice and the service the same. Does get very busy, it seems to be very popular. The meals looked very nice but we didn't have anything on this occasion.

Found this place to have a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, delicious coffee and nice food, just a bit pricey. It was so busy and yet our coffee and meals were received in a timely manner. Just found the prices a bit high for what we received. Ok for now and then.
