Called The Tapman to fix a valve in a hot water unit, initial cost $180. then upsold to change the thermostat, total job cost $600. His bank lost the EFT payment and we had to pay twice - $1200 in the end!
Disappointed.

Approximate cost: $1200

Chris is always available no matter what time of day to talk you through issues or come and attend to a situation. He always answers the phone, or if not will call back shortly to help you out. I previously worked in a real estate agency, and he was the only plumber we could rely on. Having used him when our laundry flooded, he was able to talk me and my mum through the situation and guide us what to do. I could not recommend him more highly!
