Scones were nice but tad expensive. Place is cute and elegant. Tea sets were very delicate. But perhaps a luxury type of cafe.

nice place to relax, their tea is fresh and authentic, i always enjoy to have a cup of tea in this store after work. the reason i deduct two stars is because of the price. really pricey, but it worth it.

I always order a soy chai tea and it is amazing every time. It is served in a pot which will make around 2-3 cups. The scones are nice too - I liked the date and orange. A little pricey but most specialty tea cafes are.

Great idea, but the place, atmosphere and experience is all wrong.
The main issue is the location, staff & atmosphere. The salon is located inside Emporium on Lv 2, right next to the shops & other cafes/salons. This means there is a lot of foot traffic & noise. Which is not necessarily a total calamity, i have been to other cafes which operate under the same conditions yet still manage to do very well. The problem at this place is that the salon seems to be wide open so there is very little to shield against the noise & curious stares of passersby. Adding to the problem is the cramped seating and slightly over the top cutsy-ness. I did find it a little disturbing to find grown men in pink aprons featuring cupcakes.
Adding to the strange & uncomfortable atmosphere, is the unsatisfying gastronomic experience. The scones were doughy, stale & not warmed. At around $5.50-6.50 each that's a bit disappointing regardless of how big they might be. Scones are not terribly complicated or expensive to make. The tea was not particularly commendable either.
