I would love to be able to say how great this business is, however I have been unable to contact them to use my voucher which expires on 22nd Dec. I tried phoning on three different days over three or four weeks, late morning - normal business hours. The phone rang many, many times and was not answered, not even by an answering machine. The last time I phoned was 24th November. I Googled the business to check the number advertised on the voucher was still current. It apparently was. Still no answer. There was a mobile number on the online listing, so I left a message on that (although there is no way of knowing if the mobile still belongs to the business as the outgoing message is just the phone provider's generic message). My message advised that I wanted to make an appointment, that I had been trying to call for several weeks and that the matter was now "urgent" as I was soon leaving for an interstate holiday. I gave my mobile number, slowly and clearly, twice - as is my habit with phone messages. I am now in Queensland and my voucher will have been expired for a month by the time I am back in Melbourne. A clue for the business: AN ANSWERING MACHINE WILL COST YOU LESS THAN I WASTED ON MY VOUCHER. I will not bother with this business again. I spent more than 20 years in customer service roles. I would be ashamed to work for any business that can't manage to answer a phone or return a mobile call.

My mother loved the Thai Massage & Bodyscrub + facial treatments i gave her for mothers day ..... She said it was like a trip to thailand without the airfare. I believe most of the Staff are from Thailand!

I was surprised at the high quality of this massage. Having back pain i was very impressed with he results and now regularly visit this place. The staff are very good and strong at massage for there small size!!! I would recommend you try the difference if you like a massage better than one in Thailand. Also my wife says this place is beautifully decorated, looks like a bunch o stuff from Thailand to me ;-)

Excellent Service! I desperately wanted to buy a massage voucher for a friend living in Melbourne for his birthday. Only problem is-I live in Vietnam! I was very worried about organising to have a voucher delivered to him, plus I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the international phone call. I contacted the Thai SPA through this website and they emailed back straight away, saying that they would be happy to do the transaction for me over email and phone. I gave my friends address and the details I wanted to be written on the envelope. On the same day Thai SPA wrote back with a picture of his address and all the details I wanted on the envelope, ready to go-talk about going above and beyond! A quick 3 minute phone call with a a lovely staff member and the whole transaction was done and dusted. I am very impressed and would definately recommend to anyone to visit this Spa!!

I used a voucher from Deals.com.au entitling me to a 1hr full body massage Traditional Thai, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Remedial, Swedish or Lomi Lomi), a mini facial, a relaxing herbal siam foot spa plus $135 worth of vouchers and unlimited herbal tea. They asked me to fill out a form (standard procedure) re muscle pain, medication, injuries, etc. There were even pics so you could mark where you where you had issues. They asked me if I wanted to have the facial and the foot spa (that was part of the deal so why ask me?) I was then lead to the massaging area where there was oil marks all over the walls, and the bed covering and pillow were grimy with oil, stains, dirt, human hair, etc. It was off-putting to say the least! I had to ask if they would cover everything up with fresh towels. The staff was polite and friendly but even though I asked for a deep tissue massage at the front counter and had marked on the paperwork my areas of soreness they gave me a Thai massage anyway. And the areas where I was sore and needed special attention were not addressed at all. There were no vouchers offered to me (not that I have any intention of ever going back) although I did get a cup of herbal tea. So I walked out of there feeling the same as I had walked in. I had to book in to a another masseuse the same arvo who took notice of my problem areas and alleviated the pain. Word of advice, if you don't have any muscle issues then this place will suit you fine.
