We often drive up tp the big rocking horse for an afternoon out with the kids. The wildlife park is free entry and the girls love to pat the animals though mind you be prepared for some pushy animals all trying to get into the food you can buy to feed them. You are welcome to pack a picnic though the seating for byo food is limited. Nice meals and coffess etc can be bought from the cafe and I do enjoy their hot teas. The toy factory is a little pricey but the quality of the handmade wooden toys is excellent we have bought some pieces that have lasted many children. The wooden puzzles are great as well. Nice grounds and the kids love climbing the giant rocking horse. A great day out.

We loved to visit this place. When we arrived the first thing we saw was a massive statue of a Rocking Horse.

There are also plenty of things to see and do like - Visiting the Animal Park, playing amongst the wooden toys and puzzles, having a tour of the Wooden Toy Factory for a small cost and there is a Licensed cafe.
