I really think this place is worth the drive. The cheese selection is fun and they guide you through tasting them too. Although, the service when waiting on food was a bit slow, but the outside area is gorgeous looking out!

Have stopped here a few times for cheese tastings very nice cheese but decided to give the cafe a try for lunch quick service the bratwurst roll was so nice (using locally made produce) soòo nice will be going back soon price was very good too

This would have to be one of the best cheese outlets I have visited. It was incredibly busy - not just cheeses all sorts of extras were packaged, displayed, and priced. The service was wonderful, and the tastings were great. You could choose to have a sample on a small piece of cracker or on its own and the size of the "taste" was enough to allow you to savour the product. The is a lovely little café area for coffee plus sweet or savoury choices and a magazine or two to peruse while waiting, which was not long. We came away feeling very happy with our purchases and a very yummy afternoon tea.

Definitely worth a visit on your travels to or from Hobart. There's a little cafe area to sit down and enjoy the produce. The fresh ice cream is amazing and the home made chocolates are fantastic. Wish we had bought more! It was busy when we visited with lots of people milling around the cheese sampling counter. The lady at the sampling counter takes her job seriously and when we tried to sample some cheese from the sampling counter were told to wait until she had finished with another customer. So we unfortunately missed out on sampling the cheese as we had to move on.

It's a nice place and they are well stocked in their cheese.
However I have tasted a lot of cheese in my life and I wouldn't say these cheeses are anything special. In fact, I would rate them rather ordinary, some even being a bit bland.
But nice place to visit if you're a tourist

Very clean and welcoming building, the amenities and very well kept and spotless. Beautiful garden area and plenty of room in the car park.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the best coffee and the cheese is great!
I've been twice now and look forward to my next lunch at wicked cheese.

Whenever we visit Island Markets we always make a point of popping in to Wicked to pick up some cheese. The service from Jennifer is always exceptional, a free tasting is always on offer and of course the cheeses are fantastic. Truth be told I've been guilty of suggesting a trip to the market just to stop in for some cheese.

Specialising in soft cheeses (Brie & Camembert) all made on the premises, however, if you prefer your harder cheeses, then Wicked also stock a good variety from other quality cheesemakers.

It's also a nice place to sit for a coffee or an ice-cream after wandering around the market.

Highly recommended.
