I've never been to a business with such great customer service! I came here because I drove by and I needed my car cleaned urgently, and I'm so happy I did (I got the #4 wash) . The staff take such pride in washing cars and making sure the cars leave clean. I will defiantly be back!

Took my car here today and specifically asked for the boot to be vacuumed and whether they wanted me to move everything out... " No we will move it out to clean" he said. I also asked around the windscreen wiper area where leaves had gathered. Should have checked this before leaving as the leaves were removed but dirt still there and window wipers did not even seem to have been raised to clean underneath. On getting home I double checked the boot and they had vacuumed the Front space showing but had not moved any of the items to do the complete boot. I called them to ask why the boot was not vacuumed as requested and they guy on phone said, "I don't know, probably cos there was stuff in it"... Aaagh I had asked if I needed to remove it... Lesson well learned...The Car wash on Punt road, though slightly more expensive is definitely of higher quality...Absolutely NO intention of coming back nor recommending it to others...

The impatient man in the driveway who was annoyed that I took the time to re-confirm what service I was choosing. To the waitress who sadly had no command of basic English and only her and one other in the dining area. Then having booked the Super service for a Sedan - $33.90 it includes Hand car wash & dry (but only visible to the eye area's - left over bird poo stains still visible and the rubber seals around windows were filthy not even wiped, under rearview mirror filthy not even touched - again not visible to the eye unless you walk up to it and look underneath. Vacuum carpets & seats - seats were clean, but the carpets still had very visible dirt on it. My dash has a fabric cover. High pressure interior blow seemed to work fine. Door jam wipe down - nope, didn't do a good enough job - still very visible dirt and cobwebs and gunk. Visible dirt spots still visible. Overall no value for my money, no sense of customer service.

Ben did a fantastic cut and polish job on my classic Ford, he promised that it would be finished by 2pm and he rang me dead on 2pm.
The car looks amazing and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending the works Hand car wash.
Ben also gave his advice on keeping the car looking 100%... that's good customer service.

after i went dirt riding in my car it was sooooooo dirty, so when i got back home i went on the internet and went on womow, i looked for carwashes that do a pretty good job, so it came up with the works hand car wash, so the next day i dicided to take my car down to the carwash and get my car EXTREMELY cleaned, when i droved in, a guy named nick came up to me and asked me wat wash i would like, i said a ultimate carwash, so thats wat he did, he is a extremely nice guy, and very good looking! lol hehe wen he called out my car he showed me exactly wat he did and that was exactly wat i wanted him to do!

I find that the boys at the car wash usually do a good job on the cars, sometimes they are a bit rushed off their feet to get the cars out in under half an hour, but I check my car before I leave, and if they make a mistake, they always fix it on the spot. It is a hard job out there, but the boys are sweet and it is never a problem to do what you ask of them. I would not like to do that job, but Like one of the owners said to me"please check your car before you leave, and make sure you are happy, don't leave annoyed and not say something, we can easily fix it before you leave and then you are not annoyed". Give them a go, just check before you leave!!
