I got the ultimate wash, almost $40, Interior and Exterior Clean.. with Waxing and Vinyl Protection... The car came back with streaks everywhere, noticable large marks on windows, Bird Droppings not cleaned from my Boot, and the steering wheel not even touched and as dusty as it had been when i drove in.
When i wash a car i can see things that i have missed and where water had streaked, obviously this outfit cant, My Windscreen had marks everywhere, my dash still had dust on it, and i couldnt feel or see any vinyl protection anywhere.
What exactly did i pay for? Who know's.. i was in such a good mood from the dining experience at Misty's that i only noticed all the short comings of the car wash when i got home.
Go use an automatic car wash and stay well well clear from this amatuerish car washing establishment... your hard earnt money deserves better!!!

I take my car here when I'm in the area and find that they always do an excellent job. I also like the fact that I never had to wait too long and get to eat next door at Misty's while waiting.
The hamburgers are great the car wash could be better

What a shame your car was done not to your liking,I do wash my car at the same place, I would suggest you find the owner, as they alsways say"when your number is called out go to the back and pick it up" and before ypu leave,check it out carefully as it is annoying to see the mistakes once you leave and you either don't come back or you call and complain . My advice to you is ring up in the am and let them know, and I am sure they will probably redo it. Good Luck! I personally Have never had a problem. So one bad experience, could be fixed.
Hi Chris, wow I am so sorry for the bad job done on your car! I would love it if you could bring the car in this week so I can have a look at the job, then I will re do it for you free of charge! One item you mentioned is bird POOP, it burns into the paint within minutes of the birds landing it on your car. So, it is impossible to get out. "WE" do not do Vinyl protection???
Streaks on your window and dust... NO excuse for that, So stop in this week so I can look at the car and we can make you smile again.
One last thing is, Please always check your car to insure it was done to your liking, and if not, we can try our best to fix it,Sorry Chris for the bad wash.
