The Place 2 Be is your typical country restaurant with typical good country fresh food. Atmosphere is relaxed with chickens, ducks and a beautiful dam.Food portions are generous without being "extra" large. Coffee is great & the banana smoothies are extraordinary!!

Service is excellent very lovey and always asking if we need anything ,food is amazing and the view is beautiful

The Place 2 B is a beautifully eclectic restaurant overlooking a large dam filled with wildlife! Moorhens, whistling ducks and water dragons are just a few of the animals you'll spot. Look closely and you might even spot a crocodile! With indoor and outdoor dining you'll find the perfect spot to enjoy the delicious foods this place has to offer. The owners and chef are lovely and friendly and up for a chat and clearly take great pride in their business. Ticks all the boxes!

We travel 45 mins to lunch here from Mooloolah Valley. Owners are super friendly, food is superb, location very relaxing. We have been going here for a few years, it is our favourite café, we love the Big Café Burger and BLT! Can't recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed.

We have been going here for over 3 years now and each and every time we go, the service and the food is excellent. We are always greeted on arrival (with a smile) and thanked for coming on our departure. The food is cooked fresh and the servings are generous. Prices are quite reasonable also. We have referred a few friends there who love the place like we do now. It is such a lovely place2b - great outlook is a bonus!

Every time we come which is at least weekly, we are greeted by wonderful hospitality, fantastic service and beautiful fresh food. We have never been disappointed and constantly recommend "ThePlace2b" to everyone looking for a great place to eat and relax.

Absolutely no issues with our experience at The Place 2b. Service was very good, meals were tasty, well priced and well presented. The surrounds are fantastic to relax in and the kids had a great time with the animals as well.

There is so much to love about this place. The setting (next to a dam with plenty of interesting bird life), friendly staff, great food with good variety. Coffee is good too. You need to try this place-see if you don't want to go back again and again- like we do.

Absolutely loved this place. We were greeted with friendliness and treated to the perfect meal. There was plenty to look at with beautiful scenery and decorations. You won't regret stopping at the place 2 be.

The staff were friendly, the food was lovely and the surroundings were relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the spinach cob loaf, the fresh made apple pie and the coffee. We'll be back!

Beautiful cosy location; jolly and helpful gentleman at the counter; nice decor inside; massive, unique and delicious salad at a reasonable price. Glad I stopped here.

Nice place for a coffee and some cake on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Staff friendly and I loved the outdoor country setting with a view of the pond. I look forward to going back.

We have been a few times now and like going back because the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is a lovely setting, spacious and yet cosy. Whether it be for breakfast, morning tea, lunch or dinner it's always been a nice and relaxing time. The meals have been generously sized. Their signature burger is AMAZING!

Wonderful service, great food and a gorgeous setting. Love eating here and will definitely be going back more.
They also make my 8mth old so welcome and are always happy to see him.

What a great place indeed. Very friendly all round. Our food was prepared and served by the owners. So good and we came away knowing that we will be going back there again and taking friends and family also. I loved it.

Just brilliant. I came with my grandchildren and my son and daughter-in-law. We happened upon ThePlace2b as we were looking for somewhere to stop and get something to eat and drink for Sunday breakfast. We were gobsmacked. Delicious food, gorgeous surroundings and fantastic staff. We will be back to ThePlace2b in the future. Possibly for a Friday or Saturday night dinner as well.
