We had to replace our pads in our Bonair system bought them from Thermolec great service and good price fitted them myself I will recommend them to anyone looking for pads and spare parts
Contacted them right in the middle of the hot holidays for a ducted evaporative service. Despite not actually being out of order I was promised the senior technician & the service was booked in the following week. Excellent turnaround for peak season!
He arrived 2 minutes before the booked time & was very thorough, to the point where he came back later in the day after thinking of another idea to try.
The sign off & cost breakdown sheet was done neatly & explained in detail.
I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises & would be most comfortable referring others.
Oh, and the receptionist or whoever took my initial enquiry was great value! Keep up your cheerfulness!
