Was quoted $165 for call out fee which I accepted. But when technician turned up said he could do the job quicker with a second person and wouldn't charge for call out , But would send me a quote to do the job. received the quote that afternoon . Next day they rang and said I owe the $165 and he didn't have the right to send a quote.
WHAT SORT OF OUTFIT ARE THEY RUNNING I definitely won't be using them again

This is a fantastic company the service was punctual on time and getting a text to advise of arrival time of technician was appreciated.
The technician knew his job and had us sorted in 15 minutes.

Contacted these guys due to a power fault at home last weekend. They were out the next day and managed to determine the fault was due to a faulty wire in the roof which tripped the power and they managed to fix the issue on the spot. Really happy with their service and how quickly they could resolve the issue. Would definitely use these guys again.

Was put onto these guys by Ilve to fix some minor problems I had with my Ilve oven. Paul the repair man was very helpful and gave me quite a few times on ways to maintain my oven and rangehood. Fixed some of the problems, and I have had to ring them back to try and fix some of the other problems again. I did call and it has taken them a week to return my call to come back and finish the job. Paul was very, very nice and I do think he did believe he had fixed the problem and it may just be the receptionist who doesnt return calls.
