Word of mouth made me change the truth

This company has nothing but lie to us and has been out 7 times to look at an issue which was explained to M the owner numerous times which he arrogantly ignored and blamed everyone else. M ijust lies and lies and lies and expects you to believe it. We told him the awning was out of alignment and we had another company out to inspect who told us this but no M decided to make up stories about everything other than that. Guess what we were right had a different builder come out and yes it was approx 60mm out of alignment… wow we were right.
M is one to be wary of and everything needs to be in writing or recording of conversation as he can’t be trusted.
They didn’t even clean the site when they left I had to do it spending hours of my time but hey his excuse was gold.. it was a long day for the workers .
What a joke

M has cost us over $7k in loss of time and e cancel events .we are lodging a court order as we speak . He needs to be held accountable.
M is a disgrace as an owner…
I wonder if we don’t seek an second option how long he would of carried on with excuses
Even says don’t interrupt my weekend he says even though his dodgy work interrupted ours.
I like to see this happening to him

Biggest scam they accept your case and as soon as you question the costs they remove you and don’t bother calling you back ….
38 calls and no return then they say your threatening them as your time is not acceptable…

Stay away this is a scam and read all the reviews on all platforms
Have spoken to so many firms and all say the same the reputation says it all…

Salesperson left the company months ago and with an open job they don’t notify us of the departure we constantly call the gentleman and have no luck then we find out after 399 calls he answers and lets us know he left. The new salesperson is too lazy to contact the manufacturer and ask if it was possible to allow us to chose our timber in the selection to ensure of door is to our standard bear in mind it’s the top of the range door so u would expect the opportunity.
It’s a simple request which every other company allows but Casey can’t be bothered asking .
We have been around to every supplier that they asked and every house they sent us too and made thousands of calls in the past 6 months to the old salesman who no longer there
Now it’s our fault ?????????
Why didn’t they inform us that the previous person left ? Made a cal?sent a pigeon or a balloon to reach us is this too much to ask?
We also have agreed to upgrades and prices which I have in writing but again the new guy has refused to accept
Definitely avoid this company if you want customer service and a professional salesperson
Btw the only reason I put 5 stars cause anything less and they stop it from being added … sly sly sly

All we want is the job done 100% and fix it how it was before you touched it
