Very professional vetinary clinic located in Thornlands! Conviently located, great parking and friendly staff! I am happy to bring my dogs here! The cheerful staff were happy to give me some advice on food to give my dog, very open about what goes on aswell! Pricing is okay!

The only thing stopping this surgery from getting a fifth star from me is that they are quite pricey and I have to think carefully if the need is serious enough to take my dog there for non-urgent treatment. I know that surgery and anaesthetic can be very dear, even for humans, but when combined with blood tests and hydrating fluids, it costs more than I earn whilst unemployed.

I've been taking my Maltese here since 2008. My dog is now elderly and requires 6-monthly dental work. It would be good if they offered a discount for regular customers.

Can't fault the care and service though, and there would be no question if she required urgent attention. My dog has never had a negative reaction to treatment and has become much more at ease now that she knows she is in good hands.

Also joined with the vet clinic in Alexandra Hills, this clinic is by far one of the best and top rated for me, my dog was especially well cared for and came back looking like he enjoyed being there, the staff are very friendly and make me feel like they do the best for me and my pet, the prices are also reasonably good and staff are very nice and friendly

Vet's and reception staff were very friendly, seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Our vet didn't explain much of what he was doing when we had our puppy go in for her first check up and vaccinations... but it was nothing serious, so he got away with it ;)

My partner has had other pets use this clinic, and reccommends it highly, so we will definitely be returning.

Open 7 days per week, the Thornlands Veterinary Hospital provides an excellent service for busy people and emergency veterinary cases. The vets and support staff at this recently built facility are kind and considerate, both to their animal clients and also to their often anxious human owners.

It was a Sunday emergency that introduced one of my dogs and I to the Thornlands Veterinary Hospital. We live on Russell Island, a beautiful island but one nonetheless which is infested heavily with parasitic ticks in the summer months. Having removed a number of parasitic ticks from my older dog one evening, I noticed the first signs of paralysis the following morning. To ensure the well-being of my dog I had no option other than to make a trip to the mainland to a Sunday opening vet clinic. I was blessed that Thornlands Veterinary Hospital was open and could almost immediately see my dog. She required anti-serum and an overnight stay at hospital but was released in good form the following day. Although the cost was higher than expected, the service was tremendous and undoubtedly saved my dog's life.
