I used to go in here for the grab & go options. Yes they are healthy, but there are better and cheaper options elsewhere. Then I went back for the meals. There is a wide selection or you can make up your own by choosing the combinations of healthy ingredients.

I came in with a mate to celebrate his 6th anniversary since coming off drugs - i asked to make my own smoothie with coconut milk, coconut yogurt, berries, & pea protein - $7 for regular size, healthily yummy!! he tried their 'barefoot sunrise' smoothie & enjoyed it ;) ... I definitely wanna go back sometime & try their range of brekky / salad meals, maybe even try making my own!
