A warm and inviting environment, the staff are friendly and attentive. The meals are served promptly and fresh. The wine list has a great selection of local wines. The staff are relatively good at food and wine matching

I have been fortunate enough to dine here a few times over the years. The menu is great following the seasons, offering hearty warm meals in winter and fresh vibrant meals in the summer highlighting local produce where possible. The meals are cooked and served well and the staff are always helpful

Wonderful,very extensive Menu and Wine List, friendly and helpful staff.Upstairs dining is available if you wish, or you can dine downstairs in comfort, with wood fire in winter.Very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended
