Allan was very friendly and honest. He was on time and did what he said with a smile. He also went above and beyond to put in an extra tile in when he did not have to. He called when he said he would and the end result was a fantastic . I think I got great value for money.

Allan from tile and grout guys same out to look at our leaky shower. After viewing and analysing the situation he explained in good detail what he would need to do to fix the problem. Due to the nature of the leak he explained that the job was difficult to assess due to the possibility of hidden problems beneath the tiles where lifting had occurred. This meant he could quote on parts of the job but one part was too much of an unknown. Due to his forthright nature and pleasing online reviews I had read I asked if he could do the job for us. He turned up for the job when he said he would and even gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Allan set about doing the job and proceeded to explain to me the process in which he would be going about it. After hours of what turned out to be very frustrating work Allan pointed out what he had done. He advised on care tips and left our bathroom in a tidy state. Overall I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the cost was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to ask the Tile And Grout Guys back if we ever need more work done and would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

After a bad experience with some dodgy tilers we were looking for someone who could do the job right. Allan came in to replace the grout the other tilers had done incorrectly and lay some new tiles. He was lovely, reasonably priced, clean and most importantly did an amazing job. He guided us through choosing the right tiles and gave us care tips to ensure our new floors stayed looking great. We are so happy with the end product. Highly recommended!
