Tilly provides a very professional and personalised service. Previously, in other hair salons, I have been required to wait for extensive periods of time for the hairdresser to attend to other customers before, during and after my appointment time. In these salons, the clients are booked in back to back or even double booked. I have even been required to spent 5 hours in a salon having the same treatment that Tilly is able to complete within 2 hours. She always aims to have only one customer in the salon at a time, and can therefore provide her clients with her undivided, one on one attention. I have been impressed with Tilly's thorough knowledge of hair and her craftsmanship. I have particularly fine hair and she knew instinctively how to cut and style it in a way which has resulted in many compliments from my family and friends. She is honest in not suggesting unnecessary treatments simply to make a profit. After a great deal of shopping around and many disappointments, I feel that I have FINALLY found my hairdresser! I have been to see Tilly three times after readng her reviews on WOMOW. Tilly goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy and will readily address any changes to make sure her customers get the look they want, regardless of the extra time or effort involved.
Parking is easy and the rates are lower than the average salon.
I could not recommend her highly enough.

I flew down to Melbourne (from Sydney) to get my hair chemically straightened and cut by Tilly, and was so impressed by the way it turned out. I look forward to more frequent Melbourne visits to experience Tilly's quality service and style! Great value for money indeed :)
