Sloppy workmanship - tiling is dreadful, all uneven and not straight.
Tiina Powel, 10 Sonja Court, Narre Warren, VIC. 99% of our customer reviews shows their satisfaction with our workmanship and their verbal and many online references clearly confirms this for customers who do their due diligence on us before accepting our quotes. Our workmanship are anything but sloppy or dreadful. Just because one small 50mm x50mm tile shifted during the drying process over night does not mean that all our tiling workmanship are dreadful. we did a total 50m2 tiling for you and only one small tile that size shifted overnight. That Hardly constitutes sloppy workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with any part of a job we did then it is reasonable practice to allow a company the opportunity to first correct any issue that you might have with the job before attempting to publicly paint their reputation as sloppy. Your intention to hurt our reputation wont be successful as we have over 300 customer reviews and references that praises our workmanship. Since I know that our job was done to a high standard I am going to assume that this is just your attempt to lash out at us for making you having to wait throughout the whole of the lockdown period before we could get to your job. The lockdown was out of our control, we could NOT do anything about it. We still wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your new showers.
