I first heard about Paola from a friend who highly recommended her and I haven't looked back since. I have been seeing Paola for over 3 years now. She is an amazing beauty therapist. Her salon is always spotless and she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is extremely professional and keeps up to date with the latest techniques and procedures - she travels back to Switzerland regularly to train. Her latest training was in body sugaring which is an amazing type of waxing. I've only had 3 treatments but the results are amazing. I recommend Paola to all my friends and family. And now my mother and sister see her too. You won't lose anything by giving Paola a call.

I have been coming to Paola since 2006 when she did my make up for my Deb ball. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I was told about Paola, but was completely blown away by how professional and genuinely nice she was! Since then I have been multiple times to have my make up done for other events. I've had Paola doing my waxing and nails now for almost 6 years and am very impressed with her latest technique "body sugaring" which is the latest in hair removal, direct from Europe and it's pain free!!! I even travel from frankston to berwick just to get this done! Paola's studio is always clean and she has just introduced eftpos facilities to make it easy! Over the years Paola has become not only the best beauty therapist and qualified nail technician I've come across, but a person who remembers her clients. Paola's prices are very affordable and she is forever popping back to Switzerland to keep up with the latest in techniques!

Paola is very professional, her salon is relaxing, comfortable and I always feel cared for knowing I am experiencing the best treatments. Paola's standards are impeccable and she takes great pride in all her work. I have had 3 treatments for body sugar now and am very happy with the results. Softer hair, no in grown hair or pimples on sensitive areas (I used to get this from waxing). Above all it is considerably less painful than waxing and I know her products are all natural and good for me. With Paola and body sugar I now look forward to my next hair removal booking and leave feeling relaxed and pampered! Paola Flury is a professional through and through. Right away when you walk into her salon, which is the front of her house in Berwick, you feel calm and relaxed due to the white with black accent decor. Paola is originally from Switzerland, and all of her training has taken place there. She told me she regularly goes back to update and retrain as necessary.

I went there last week for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and the work she did. Quite a different experience from the quick pedicures you get in the malls!

She does quite a bit, not just manicures and pedicures. She also does facials, makeup, waxing and other things to beautify us. :) I am planning to get gel nails done by her next, just to compare to my local nail technician.

I highly recommend her.

For the record, her husband and my husband are classmates (all are from Switzerland--I'm not!) so I met her personally first before using her services. This has NOT influenced my experience however!
