If I could give a 0 I would. These are the most incompetant plumbers ever. They flooded my flat 6 months ago from fixing the blocked sink in an apartment upstairs and took months to come back and cap off the pipe. Even once that was done they did not do it correctly. The pipe has been dripping for 6 months and created water damage in the flat. Each time they send a new person who has no idea what is going on and decide that they need to send someone else.
They have gone to the wrong flat repeatedly to fix this problem and now when they send someone new and you tell them that you re upset that they have already sent 6 people and they still dont know what they are doing they just leave.
They take no responsibility for their shoddy work and refuse to listen to any complaints about them. They simply leave.
I wonder whether [redacted name] is being charged for each call out fee?
