We offer fixed-fee conveyancing. No hourly rates, no hidden costs, no surprises. You'll know exactly what youre paying upfront, whether you're buying or selling. That includes contract reviews, legal checks, and support all the way to settlement.
What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?
Our fixed-fee pricing starts from $849 (inc. GST), but the final quote depends on the state, type of transaction (buying or selling), and type of property (e.g. apartment, house, off-the-plan, rural). Well give you a clear, upfront quote before you commitno hidden fees, no surprises.
Are you a member of any professional / industry associations?
Yes. Our solicitors and licensed conveyancers are registered with the relevant Law Societies and regulatory bodies in the states and territories we service: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and the ACT. We also use industry-leading platforms like PEXA and InfoTrack for secure, compliant digital settlements.

We charge fixed fees, split between an upfront payment and a settlement fee. So, youll always know what youre up for. Pricing depends on your state, the type of transaction (buying, selling, or transferring), and the type of property (apartment, house, land, or off-the-plan).

Contract reviews and key legal checks can usually be completed within 2448 hours, but when time is tight, we move faster. We regularly turn around urgent matters same-day to help clients secure deals, meet deadlines, or avoid delays. Speed matters in property. Thats why were built for it.
Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?
One that sticks with us? A first-home buyer who called in a panic at 4pm. Shed just found the perfect apartment, but the agent wanted the signed contract that night.
