great reliable cafe and food store for organic and wheat-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian food. Love their snacks as they are wholesome and good for you. A bit pricey but it is to be expected as the ingredients used are great quality. good service and tasty food.

Amazing! Delicious! There is a range of eat-in and take-away food available for almost al food intolerances/preferences. It's a tiny little store but well managed with an outdoor seating area in bustly Degraves Street. Highly recommended for a yummy, eclectic experience.

I've had a few lentil and tofu burgers from here before and they were delicious - the guy even took the lettuce out when toasting it so it wouldn't get soggy! There's a wide array of meals and other organic drinks and food. As with most organic shops, it's not super cheap but I do think it is well worth the price.

TOFWD (or The Organic Food and Wine Deli) is a produce shop that specialises in healthy organic food and drink. They offer a wide variety of food types from salads and pies to cakes and sandwiches, all of which is seriously delicious and sourced locally where possible. They also sell gift hampers full of produce. Nothing is especially cheap in this store, but its all so good for you that you dont really care that much. Staff are always friendly and professional, and quick about their business too. A good place to get something that you feel good about eating!
