The food was fresh and made to order they didn't mind my special order and yes the staff were very lovely and friendly and the place felt warm and welcoming, clean great OH&S

I would have to agree with the previous review that the waiters are extremely friendly and helpful, however the food is average and why would a japanese sushi bar have that terrible fake crab meat in their selection! Although I have been back since, one time the sushi was certainly not fresh and we took some visitors from Melb who love their Japanese food and they were not impressed.I like the fact the menu has pictures but I dont think I will be going back too often,the venue is either too cold or too hot so to not be comfortable when dining is a big factor in choosing to dine somewhere or not.Shame as I would like to support them and I enjoy their restaurant at Bakery Hill.

Went for tea with a group of about 14 people. About 6 people had entrees. Those 6 people got their mains first... and the people who hadn't eaten any entrees had to wait about 20mins extra for their meals. Just terrible. All in all it took about an hour for food to come out for these people.
