I like to support this local small business because they are friendly and helpful and have a good range of quality childrens products,Staff will assist you to the car with items, order in products for you and are knowlegable about the products they stock. The childrens clothes are good designer quality clothes and I am often able to grab a bargain when they have decent sales.Their return policy is more than fair as I took a while to be totally satisfied with a brand of baby monitor I returned three different brands and they were always obliging.Parking is usually easy along curtis street or parking over the road at Big W is no problem. I have had no problem with snobbery and have been to this shop dressed in designer clothes and bag to match and a few times in my sloppy gear and have been given the same service.
Even though this is currently a small supermarket I enjoy shopping here mainly because the staff are so helpful and polite.I am always offered the servive of being helped with my packages to the car and I am always said hello to in the isles.Bunningyong food works provides a selection of allergy free foods, gourmet foods and fine foods in the deli and cheese section.John Harbour meats deliver to the supermarket so being in Napoleons this is convenient because this is my favourite butcher, his meats are free range and always of good quality.
The supermarket also has a wide selection of local and imported wines and good quality spirits. The supermarket is currently extending so I am looking forward to having more choice on offer.
I had lunch here with a group of six plus a toddler and I could not fault the experience. The restaurant is well set out, tables not too close, acoustics are good, music played is appropriate, the chairs are very comfortable and the food is delicious. What a good japanese restaurant should be.It's going to be one of my favourites. What a relief that it is fine dining in Ballarat. The price is fair for the amount and quality you recieve and the waiters are very pleasant and helpful.
The variety is good and caters for vegetarians and dairy, egg and nut allergies. The facilaties are clean and the parking is convenient.I too would recommend the $39 banquet which I had Sunday lunch. No one at the table was disappointed.Thanlyou Kambei
We have used John Thomas Electricals for all of our electrical repairs and have found them to be efficient and reliable. The staff are knowledgable and friendly and communication is good.
I would recommend their services.
I also try to support this business by buying electical products from them.
Always get great videos for a great deal, dont get fined heavy fees(hardly ever get fined)why should you when you are a paying customer! the manager,Donna, treats you like a valid customer. I stay loyal to this video shop. They have plenty of copies of new releases and have heaps of great offers on new and old movies. They stock old classics and if you want something in Donna endevours to get it in.The store also has a great deal called a flash card which you can use at other Ballarat venues to get discount...coolThey have a kiddies section where the kids can draw and playand choose from a great selection of kiddies movies.
Such helpful staff, especially Glen and Peter, always give you heaps of time and attention,Will order in products and let you know straight away when its in and if anything is wrong with the product they are willing to help out no worries.I would reccommend this place for keys, locks, knifes and torches.
I will go back, only for the yummy pizza,It was really yummy. The vegetarian with hot salami.Or I will get it take-away.I have tried this restaurant several times with people, a couple of birthdays,a free meal voucher and the meals I had previously had were not good, and overpriced, you come to expect that in Ballarat unfortunately. So this time I thought I would order something that surely an Italian restaurant could cook, and they did.The drinks were slow and the coffee not good and the atmosphere nothing to write home about but the waitress was friendly and the venue clean,as well as the restrooms.
A very peaceful place to wander around and view some great birds, lots of em but not quite a world! I'm not that comfortable with birds in cages, some have alot of flying space but seem cages leave you feeling a little sad for them being locked up, maybe they get free flights or maybe some are injured from the wild?they do however have fresh water and seed and are obviously cared for.Signage is not complete on all cages but I would guess that would have alot to do with cost. The free flight avery is great,It would be good to see more birds in there but I suppose some of them are not compatible. We dind't get to meet the owner or pat a black cocky which would have been good, maybe next time.I have an entertainment voucher for the park,so ill visit again. My son had a good time roaming around. The cafe is simple with not alot to offer,I didn't expect it would but the view from the decking is great to take in whilst you enjoy a cuppa. Its a good idea to go and support as this attraction obviously needs a boost in numbers,I can imagine how much an avery would cost to build.
Approximate cost: $12
The service here is great, they stock a large variety of uniforms and work wear,as well as safety gear, signs etc.
The staff are really down to earth and friendly and go out of their way for you.I recommend this place. They will send you a text to let you know when things are ready to be collected,if you need to get items embroidered or what have you and they do a good job at alterations. They also have a mobile service.
I had brekky here on Monday and it was,as usual, great! good coffees too and friendly staff. The booths are great to sit in and so is the couch by the window to read the daily newspapers available.
Comfortable and warm and not too noisy.
