I'd concur with the previous two reviewers. I've had good service from Toll. We have a lot of deliveries and probably an equal amount of things going out (too many people on ebay in my house) and delivery interstate has always been prompt and efficient. You can track the progress of your item online.

On the odd occasion when we have missed the delivery of a parcel we've been able to ring straight away and arrange re-delivery. One driver was still in the area and obligingly came back a short time later.

have not had a problem with toll express. they have always delivered to the door. not like startrack. they just drop it at the post office. i would recommend this company.

I have got Toll Ipec to have things delivered here on a few different occasions and found them to be very good at their job.

If you aren't at home they leave you a Consignment Note Number and you need to ring the Toll free number to get them to re-deliver.
