Bad and worse - read reviews on other sites but hey I sent a parcel worth $1300 and the driver refused a RAT test in an enclosed prison environment - he drove off and 'lost' the massive 33 kg x 3000 x 20 parcel - Toll say no care and no responsibility - try contacting their overseas call centre - good luck

Toll are pathetic.
Ordered an item in Adelaide and it was shipped via Toll.. I live in a suburb of Adelaide 1 hour drive from from store I purchased the item from. I was unable to drive down to get it and the item had free delivery. I ordered the item on Monday. Just after I had ordered that item I ordered another HEAVY item from QLD and that item was shipped using TNT.
The heavy item from QLD arrived today via TNT (Thursday). The item that was purchased Monday and is being delivered by Toll in my own home town (Adelaide) still has not arrived. It is still sitting on the depot floor.
It looks like I will be pursuing a full refund from the item supplier and they can deal with Toll and their permanent loss of business from me because they use Toll.

Two out of three genuine leather and wood office chairs arrived damaged and late (one went missing in transit) but, when I contacted Toll IPEC's customer service team, they told me to send photos and ask the sender to make a claim back in mid-December. Two months later the sender failed to make a claim and Toll avoided its duty of care by saying it is not liable for damage suffered in transit and the case was closed. I spent hundreds of dollars on freight and thought Toll would stand by its promise to deliver outstanding logistics solutions but, at the end of the day, the company failed miserably.

Last 4 packages have all arrived late & damaged.
Pathetic customer service.
No point making a complaint as they dont care.
AVOID. Waste of time, Wast of money.

Ordered a package from Adelaide on Thursday. Shipped to Melbourne on Friday where it sat for a week. Despite numerous calls to various departments 3 complaints items never moved.

Randomly a week late 1 of 2 packages shows up. Second one is still has not arrived. Customer service is awful 3 times I was "put on hold to bring up the consignment" and left on hold until I gave up (30 minutes at the longest)

I understand that things go wrong especially moving large volumes of freight long distances but they appear not to have any kind of resolution strategy when things go wrong.

I now won't have my items in time for the weekend when I needed them and ordered them with plenty of lead time. They just don't seem to care.

Ordered an item from Grays Online. They sent to me via Toll IPEC. Received a tracking number which I used to track my item. A couple of days later on a Thursday I received both an email & SMS stating parcel will be delivered today between 9:30am & 5pm. I drove home & decided to wait for it & work from home. Come 4:55pm it had not arrived so I called them. They tried to get hold of the driver but no response. The next morning, Friday, I rang again for an update. I then received the same email & SMS as per above. Rang them asking for an ETA. They called back later & told me 2:30pm. So had to wait at home again as I wanted the item for the weekend. It finally arrived at 3pm. Better late than never, I guess.

Ordered a large item online. Missed the original delivery due to an appointment and rang Toll Ipec to reschedule the same day. Was told it would be delivered the next day, so waited at home only for it to not turn up. Rang that afternoon to find out what had happened and was told that the item never left the depot, and it would be delivered on the Monday with a phone call to confirm this in the morning of the day. No apologies offered. Sat at home Monday, nothing. No phone call even. Desperately having to go out the next day, left the authority to leave item note on the front door, very clearly marked with "please leave on BACK porch"
Got home to find item sitting on front porch, in clear view. I realise I missed the original delivery but this is really, really poor. Given the choice I wouldn't be using them again.

On two separate occasions I have purchased items from Kogan online and had them delivered by their courier Toll IPEC. On both occasions Kogan dispatch the item the next business day but Toll IPEC did not deliver when promised and gave me the run arround when I made enquiries. I would not recommend Toll IPEC to anyone.

item bought by me paid for in Adelaide couldn't be posted picked up by toll ipec for delivery to me but lost in transit now affter 2 months of trying to get something done and the endless promises to return phone calls and emails its now in the hands of lawyers and they have never returned a call they have no security no surveillance
